The Anti-Narcotics Cell of the Goa Police today seized charas worth Rs 13.6 lakhs from a Nepali after laying a trap at Colvale in Bardez.
According to ANC officials, Narendra Burang (35 years) had come to deliver the consignment to a customer. “13.6 kg charas worth Rs 13.6 lakhs was seized from him,” officials said.
The raid was carried out by Police Sub Inspector Vinayak Mahale alongwith constable Harinaik Dina Mandrekar, Saish Pokle,Ramchandra Kankonkar and Abhay Palekar under the supervision of Police Inspector Ashish Shirodkar.
